Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-18
1. Who we are
RA9 Apps (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website ra9-apps.tech (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you fill in the contact form on the Site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of the message you send us
We do not collect any other personal information through the Site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server logs may record standard request metadata: IP address, user agent, referring URL, the URL requested, response status code, and a timestamp. We use these logs only for security, debugging, and basic load monitoring. Logs are retained for no more than 30 days and are not used to build a profile of individual visitors.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses one essential cookie:
- NEXT_LOCALE — stores your language preference so you don’t have to choose it on every visit. This cookie is functional and does not track you across sites.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts on the Site.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry or partnership request;
- Follow up on the topic of your message;
- Comply with our legal obligations where applicable.
We will not add you to a marketing mailing list as a result of contacting us. Mailing lists (such as a future product waitlist) are strictly opt-in.
5. Third-party services
The Site is hosted on a server we operate. Routine HTTP-level metadata may be processed by our hosting infrastructure as part of normal web service operation.
If, in the future, we add transactional email delivery for contact form submissions, we may use a third-party provider (such as Resend) to deliver your message to our team. Any such provider would process your email and message content only as needed to deliver it to us. We will update this Policy when this changes.
6. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- Object to or restrict our processing of your personal data;
- Withdraw your consent at any time;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@ra9-apps.tech. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and at the latest within 30 days.
7. Data security
We apply industry-standard practices to protect the information we collect: HTTPS for all traffic on the Site, restricted server access, and encryption at rest for stored data. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Depending on where our infrastructure is hosted, your information may be processed in a country other than the one where you reside. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer. We take appropriate steps to ensure data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
